    Why your 4th trimester?

6 weeks is too soon to do some exercises and too LATE to get started on others. These first 6-8 weeks are a time to begin to [re-]pattern your movement in ways that best serve healing and function. We want to use this time to integrate foundational and complimentary movements that will carry over into your continued exercise regimes, workouts, playing with your kids, living life, etc; and will not solidify patterns or compensations carried over from pregnancy or prior that will hinder healing or long-term function.

This program was designed with the mother in mind who is facing additional postpartum challenges, whether that be caring for other little humans, navigating breastfeeding, or lacking additional supports. It is for every woman who desires to feel good in her body and wants be a mirror of physical health for those she loves dearest.

Over six weeks of gentle, supportive exercises to aid in your postpartum healing. Each day there is a daily movement but it can easily be tailored to your needs while still maintaining the intentional progression outlined.

This is beneficial for any time in the first year postpartum + beyond, but I made it specifically for mothers to have in their first 40 days, laying a strong foundation for returning to exercise and the load of daily life.
